Hilco Vision has expanded into a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for an experienced Material Handler to join our production team! The Material Handler is responsible for facilitating smooth and efficient production by preparing and delivering raw materials, performing QA checks and receiving in finished goods, performing line clearance and set-up for changeovers, and material inventory control and replenishment for your department.
The hours for this role are 11 : 00am - 7 : 30pm. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!

 - Comfortable with using a ladder, and a fear of heights is not a problem for you
 - You are capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 40lbs
 - You are a Certified Forklift Operator, or you are extremely confident that you'll learn to be one quickly
 - You've never used the words "That's not my job" when asked to do something by your supervision
 - You're flexible with changing requirements as teams improve and grow over time
 
The Nitty Gritty :
Preparing and delivering raw materials via forklift, pallet jack, or cart for efficient line operations, perform line clearance and set-up for changeoversReplenish production lines with raw materials, and track related inventory using our inventory control systemPerform QA on finished goods, wrap pallets properly using automated pallet wrap, receive them into inventory using our inventory control system, and move to proper locationsLabeling boxes accurately and neatly, according to the customer specificationsTrack progress of job runs to avoid over-runs, and to ensure new jobs are prepared for efficient changeoversOrganize raw material inventory based on the job specifications and quantityProperly account for, and return unused raw materials to inventoryCapable of performing all tasks required of a Packaging Operator when deemed necessary by your supervisorPerform all other tasks directed to you by your supervisorPhysical Requirements :
