We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) i n our residential care homes in Rialto, California. You'll be helping adults and children with developmental disabilities live more independent, meaningful, and empowered lives.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Support clients in community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
- Administer / assist and document medications (with training)
- Maintain clean, safe, and supportive home environments
- Implement care plans and follow positive behavior support strategies
- Use CPI techniques as a last resort during emergencies (training provided)
