Position : Community Manager

Location : Rivers Edge Apartments and Townhomes - Dayton, OH

Salary : $55,000-$60,000 per year, plus an average of $15,000 annually in commissions and bonuses.

Office Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Community size : 274 units

Who We're Looking For :

• Minimum of two years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
