Community Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Community Operations Manager supports the needs of the Community Property & Maintenance program as well as the operations of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati and partner agencies by providing administrative and technical support in the areas of : project management funding grant proposal preparation and review property site visits emergency repair resource advising new property development large construction projects and organizational and community operations support. Works primarily with Director of Community Property & Maintenance CP&M volunteer committee SAFE Cincinnati team Risk and Insurance Manager JFC Finance team the Jewish Foundation team Jewish Community partner agencies and congregations and the COO at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE :

Project Management :

• Provide leadership for the overall direction coordination implementation execution control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy commitments and goals
• May manage the project budget
• Develop project plans resource allocation and timeline
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• May direct assigned project team ensuring effective utilization of resources
• Reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Provides detailed organizational communication plans when clinical operations are impacted

Cross-Departmental Collaboration Operation Execution

Site Visits :
