Job description

Job Title :

  • Part time Admin Specialist (Mandarin) Location : Sunnyvale, CA Type : Contract Duration : 1-2 Years (long-term contract) Pay Range : 22$- 25$ per hour on w2 Job Id : 153791 Job Description： Responsibilities :
  • Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with the team in China
  • 1.
  • Process mail, returned goods, and voice messages, keep records and log information onto internal platforms, and / or contact the responsible team per relevant SOP. 2.
  • Welcome & check-in visitors and guests, escort guests in office as required. 3.
  • Follow instructions from the legal / relevant team to mail, courier, email, phone, and / or fax response. 4.
  • Log service tickets on the internal system for time worked per relevant SOP. 5.
  • Create, follow, and update policies and procedures related to the above areas. 6.
  • Perform additional Admin duties / Ad hoc tasks as required. .

Skills :

  • procurement, purchasing, negotiation, invoice, budget Job Requirements： Qualifications 3+ years of professional content experience, including 1+ year in UX content design, UX design, or UX research.
  • Experience in e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a related field (e.g., communications, design, linguistics, human-computer interaction) is a plus.
  • Core skill sets include UX writing, copywriting, digital marketing, information architecture, user experience design, content management, localization management, and AI content evaluation.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management abilities.
