DESCRIPTION

The Barista is responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by delivering fast, friendly service and consistent, high-quality products. This role involves performing all duties in accordance with company processes and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet and connect with each customer.
• Welcome questions and provide education on our products.
• Suggestively sell add-on beverage features, gift cards, and merchandise.
• Take orders, enter sales, and process payments promptly and courteously.
• Manage cash drawer in accordance with established cash handling procedures.
• Prepare all customer orders following recipe and aesthetic guidelines.
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drinks upon delivery.
• Operate and maintain the cleanliness of all store equipment.
• Optimize workflow by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness in coworker and customer areas.
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation for each customer.

Barista : Opening Shift Availability

Reliable and Consistent Opener : This role requires you to consistently and reliably arrive at 5 : 45 a.m. for opening shifts.

Morning Shift Commitment : Opening shifts are from 5 : 45 a.m. to 12 or 1 p.m., so you must be available to work during this time.

Shift Leader Growth : This position is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and grow into a shift leader role.
