Energy Auditor - Z003

Are you passionate about energy efficiency and making a meaningful impact in your community? Our client, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and prevents homelessness for low-income residents, is seeking a skilled Energy Auditor to join their team and help improve the energy performance of residential properties serving low-income families.

As an Energy Auditor, you will be supporting the Weatherization Program in Skagit County by managing energy audit documentation, developing compliant work scopes, and coordinating procurement and contractor submissions. You’ll ensure all project records, cost tracking, and regulatory standards are accurately maintained, while communicating with clients and subcontractors to support efficient, high-quality upgrades for low-income housing.

What you need to be successful :

• Ability to work with Excel, Word, Outlook and agency specific data-base systems
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced atmosphere
• High standards for work ethics; punctual, dependable, and organized

Schedule : Monday through Friday from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM

Pay : $20.00 - $27.00 (DOE)
