Overview :

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Scientist to support process development, scale-up, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to bring innovative products from the lab to commercial production efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technology transfer and process optimization from scale-up through commercialization.
• Draft and review technical documents, protocols, and reports.
• Analyze process data to ensure product quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate documentation, training, and execution.
• Support client meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
