Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Daily account management of an assigned book of business including, but not limited to, policy changes, audits, invoicing, premium breakdowns, certificates of insurance, ID Cards, and responding to policy inquiries.
• Renewal processing which includes obtaining updated loss information, completing renewal applications, performing renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing and facilitating the renewal pricing, checking policies for accuracy and preparing for mail / delivery of renewal policies.
• Meet with Producer(s) regularly to review upcoming renewals and create renewal strategy.
• Update all files in AMS as tasks are completed.
• Review Suspense items daily.
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with commercial underwriters, marketing representatives and staff.
• Be familiar with carrier appetites and websites
• Obtain documents from select companies websites. (e.g. renewals and endorsements).
• Process payments for commercial clients when needed.
• Assist in mentoring and training new account managers.

What is required?

• Three-year minimum Commercial Account Management experience required
• Property and Casualty Producer License required
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, a desire for coaching, and a strong work ethic are essential
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of producers and account managers.
• AMS360 experience strongly encouraged, but not required
