A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Specialist - Leave of Absence.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support employee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, PTO, and workers' compensation
Review, process, and track leave of absence requests using the leave administration and timekeeping systems
Maintain accurate leave records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in leave management or benefits administration
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
Experience using HRIS and absence management systems, with a preference for Workday
Strong analytical skills for audits, reporting, and data reconciliation
