AI Manager

A company is looking for an AI Manager to drive AI adoption and integration into business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the rollout of the AI roadmap across all functions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction

Lead the development and continuous improvement of department-specific AI agents

Embed AI tools into workflows to simplify processes and enhance customer-centric activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data / Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in digital transformation or AI initiatives, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven success in introducing and scaling AI tools across multiple business functions

Strong understanding of AI integration with enterprise systems and workflows

Experience in change management and adoption programs for AI tools
