Want to go on a creative adventure and be part of an award-winning ad agency? Grova Creative is seeking a sharp, curious, and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator whos passionate about storytelling, branding, and creating content that connects.

From Instagram reels to TikTok trends, captions, stories, and campaignsyoull play a key role in bringing our clients brands to life across social platforms.

What We're Looking For :

Our ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social . Youre detail-obsessed, a self-starter, collaborative, and excited to shape brand voices online. You know social media is more than just postingits about strategy, creativity, and tapping into what makes people care, share, and engage.

What You'll Be Doing :

Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and manage content calendars to keep campaigns organized and on track
Draft captions, headlines, and engaging short-form copy
Develop and implement social strategies
Research trends, hashtags, and audience behaviors to keep content fresh
Plan, capture, and edit photo and video content designed for social platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize future content
Collaborate with designers to execute campaigns
Participate in brainstorms, pitch creative ideas, and stay ahead of social media shifts
Jump in on other creative projects as needed

Candidate Requirements :

2+ years of experience managing social media for brands (agency experience a plus)

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Proven ability to create engaging content for different platforms

Familiarity with analytics, social scheduling, and management tools

Experience developing and executing social media strategies

Comfortable on-camera or behind the camera (bonus if you enjoy Reels creation)

Knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite, or video editing apps is a plus

A self-starter with the ability to balance creativity, strategy, and deadlines

Located in or near Tallahassee, FL (we are in office MW, remote Th & F) (Must be able to work in the office M-W)
