Salary : $25 / hour-$30 / hour

• Lead and manage crews on demolition and abatement job sites.
• Asbestos certification is nice to have but not a requirement.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
• Interpret and execute job specifications and plans.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs.
• Positive attitude and commitment to jobsite excellence.
• Experience in commercial construction, demolition, and / or abatement.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Salary is negotiable depending on if you have an active asbestos certification.
• Able to travel throughout the Hampton Roads area for job sites.
• Able to gain base access.
