Location : Middle School – Naperville, IL

Dates : ASAP – Winter Break 2025

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM | Full-Time | Onsite

Compensation : $45–$55 per hour

About the Role

This Middle School in Naperville is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to provide FMLA coverage through Winter Break 2025. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive middle school community and collaborate with educators and families to promote student well-being and success.

Responsibilities

Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students in grades 6–8

Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs

Support crisis intervention and restorative practices as needed

Qualifications

Valid Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Prior middle school experience preferred
