Job description

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts - West.

Key Responsibilities

Lead market access initiatives and develop relationships with regional healthcare accounts

Ensure profitable access for products and implement brand strategies in collaboration with internal teams

Develop account strategies focusing on short-term and long-term engagement and partnership objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in IDN account management or sales management

Preferred experience with infusion site of care settings

Working knowledge of Regional Payers and Integrated Health Systems

Demonstrated success in large account management and market sales growth
