What We’re Looking For :
- Communications consultant with 3+ years of experience specializing in internal communications.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support a department of approximately 500 employees by creating effective internal messaging and high-quality visual content to enhance engagement and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business goals and change initiatives.Create clear and engaging content for various channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.Design and produce visual materials such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and newsletters using Adobe Creative Suite.Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.Manage day-to-day internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.Assist in maintaining corporate communication platforms and tools.Help analyze audience needs to tailor messages and design effectively.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with design and content teams.Track communication effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.Ensure communications follow corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications / What You Bring (Must Haves) :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.3+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or design roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation.Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and communication platforms.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Bonus if You Have (Preferred) :
