Job description

Accounts Payable Specialist (4 months Contract) - On-Site SODO, Seattle

Pikemann Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a manufacturing client in Seattle. This is an on-site role (40 hrs. / week) focused on invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor management, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter and post invoices to ERP and POs
  • Resolve PO issues and vendor inquiries
  • Route invoices for approval and coding
  • Perform account reconciliations and support month / year-end close
  • Assist with 1099s, audits, and credit card reconciliations

Requirements :

  • Strong Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics a plus)
  • Solid understanding of general ledger and AP processes
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
