ALSO is looking for an Accounting Manager to own the day to day maintenance of our accounting records and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will be part of a small team and will offer exposure to all areas of our end to end accounting processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and high‑growth environment where you can directly impact the company’s trajectory and the world’s transition to sustainable mobility solutions.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for day to day general ledger management
• Own month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review various financial reports including financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement)
• Assist with the implementation of accounting policies as required for new and existing US GAAP accounting standards, specifically ASC 606
• Play a key role in global expansion including new entity creation, global consolidations and eliminations
• Identify and execute opportunities for automation or system improvements.
• Assist with the design and implementation of financial applications and integrations as we continue to build out the enterprise applications landscape
• Assist with various financial administration matters such as tax return and statutory filings
• Build, document, and improve accounting processes, controls, policies and procedures
• Work with business partners to improve and automate end to end processes (i.e. purchasing, inventory management, etc)
• Maintain files and all supporting documentation in a logical and organized fashion

What You Will Bring

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000‑$180,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
