The Director of Resiliency in Technology Production Services is responsible for developing and leading the operational resiliency strategy to ensure the organization can anticipate, withstand, recover, and adapt to disruptions. Reporting to the Head of Production Services, this role focuses on mitigating risks to critical technology services and recovery efforts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will collaborate across teams to drive resiliency initiatives, foster a culture of accountability, and provide strategic leadership to safeguard the firm's technology operations.

What you'll do :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational resiliency framework for all systems and platforms across on-premise, cloud, Saas hosted technologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to critical technology services, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide resiliency goals
• Establish and maintain resiliency metrics, reporting, and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in technology systems and processes
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity teams to address resiliency gaps
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational resiliency
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on resiliency initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Production Services and other senior leaders on resiliency matters
• Partner with business units, risk management, and compliance teams to align resiliency efforts with organizational priorities
• Represent Technology Production Services in enterprise-wide resiliency forums and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, on resiliency strategies and progress

Hiring Minimum : $168,500

Hiring Maximum : $286,900
