Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Six-Bed Congregate Living Health Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at our six-bed Congregate Living Health Facility in Victorville, CA. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on care and meaningful support in a small, home-like environment for residents with chronic or complex medical needs.

Responsibilities :

Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and feeding.

Assist with vital signs monitoring and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.

Support LVNs and RNs with resident care tasks, treatments, and documentation as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Title 22 and facility policies.

Ensure residents’ dignity, comfort, and safety in all aspects of care.

Practice proper infection control procedures and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents, promoting a positive quality of life.

Qualifications :

Current California CNA certification (required).

Previous experience in skilled nursing, congregate living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and direct support staff.

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.

Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members.

Dependability and commitment to high-quality resident care.
