GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Leasing Consultant to our team in Merced, CA, come join our dynamic property management team!

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities :

  • Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
  • Assist with viewing / touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
  • Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements : Leasing Consultant Job Requirements :

  • At least 1 solid year of proven and current sales experience
  • Excellent Customer Service experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Organized
  • Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
  • Follow directions and work independently
  • Detail oriented with great communication
  • Able to work M-F or Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm (winter) and 9am-6pm (summer)
