This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to lead a team in creating a welcoming and high-performing leasing office.

What You'll Do

As the Leasing Manager, you'll work closely with the Property Manager to lead the leasing function and assist in daily property operations. Your goal is to ensure every student has a great leasing experience from tour to move-in.

• Lead leasing efforts by giving engaging property tours, responding to inquiries, and managing the full leasing cycle
• Coordinate all lease paperwork, applications, and renewals with accuracy and compliance
• Track collections, post rent payments, and support delinquency follow-ups
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns to attract new residents
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and support positive relationships
• Oversee front office operations and mentor leasing team members
• Step in as Acting Property Manager when needed
• Assist with property operations including service requests, inspections, and financial reporting
