Job descriptionIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead follow-up. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
