Lead Product Manager For Enterprise NBA Decisioning

As the Lead Product Manager for Enterprise NBA Decisioning, you will own the strategy, design, and governance of our Next Best Action capabilityenabling real-time decisioning across channels, lines of business, and customer touchpoints. This role is focused on NBA as a horizontal enterprise capability. Success in this role means transforming NBA into a mature, enterprise-wide capability that delivers measurable impact across Humana's member experience. You'll lead adoption across teams and channels, define how decisioning logic is structured to enable personalized, real-time decisioning that improves engagement, conversion, and health outcomes. Your work will enable scalable integration with enterprise platforms and data sources and provide executive stakeholders with clear visibility into NBA's performance and strategic value.

Pay Range : $126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
