100,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and nurture new client relationships to drive business growth in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral areas
  • Persistently follow up on leads supplied by the company
  • Perform comprehensive market research focused on the local area to establish effective competitive pricing strategies
  • Perform open houses in your listings to search for new seller prospects in the area
  • Circle dial around listings to find opportunities
  • Assess property valuations and secure listing agreements with clients

    • Qualifications :

  • A minimum of one year of experience in the real estate industry
  • Valid Florida real estate license
  • Confirmed sales of no less than $2,500,000 in the preceding 12 months
  • Thorough understanding of local real estate market trends and forces
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in operating CRM software to manage client information
