Job description

Job Title : Business Development Manager Global System Integrator (GSI) Partnerships Company : Epik Solutions Location : Pleasant Hill CA (Hybrid 2x or 3x a week, depending on business needs) Experience Level : Senior Level (7+ years) Department : Strategic Alliances / Business / Account Development Reports To : CTO Compensation : Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of $110,000 $140,000 for full-time, plus benefits including participation in health insurance, vision, and dental benefits; 401K retirement plan; and paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. For more information, please visit https : / / www.epikso.com / Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our growth through partnerships and sales with Global System Integrators. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in navigating the GSI ecosystem, building go-to-market strategies, driving joint solutions, and securing revenue through direct and indirect engagement models. This is a hunter farmer hybrid role with strong strategic and executional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities : Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc.) Drive joint go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, and partner enablement plans Collaborate with internal teams to package offerings aligned with GSI capabilities and industry focus Navigate complex partner org structures to build relationships across sales, alliances, delivery, and leadership Own revenue targets sourced via GSI partnerships Generate and manage pipeline of opportunities where GSIs act as channel, influencer, or joint-delivery partners Educate GSI partners about our capabilities and establish a position in their preferred vendor or partner ecosystem Negotiate and execute MSAs, alliance agreements, and co-marketing plans as required Monitor and report on KPIs such as sourced revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner engagement activity Represent the company in industry events, alliance forums, and GSI-hosted program Requirements : 7+ years of business development, strategic alliance, or partner sales experience in technology services Strong track record of selling to or through Global System Integrators Deep understanding of the GSI operating model - across sales, delivery, procurement, and alliance teams Proven success in closing deals in collaboration with GSIs or embedding offerings into their solution portfolios Must bring a portfolio of existing client relationships or an active book of business relevant to our service offerings Strong network across major GSIs at the director, VP, or practice head level Experience crafting and executing joint GTM and co-sell plans Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams Excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Nice to Have : Previous experience working inside a GSI or as an alliance / partner manager for a tech services firm Exposure to partner program design and enablement Experience with channel sales models or co-sell platforms (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, or Google partner ecosystems) Success Metrics : Partner-sourced revenue and pipeline New GSI partnerships formed Opportunities co-sold with GSI teams Inclusion in GSI preferred partner lists Partner NPS or engagement score Epik Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive work environment.
