A company is looking for a Client Engagement Associate to support the operations and delivery of blended learning programs for Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of blended learning journeys, ensuring effective client support from initiation to completion
Organize and facilitate sessions with clients and faculty, including onboarding and managing program communications
Utilize video conferencing tools and learning platforms to enhance program delivery and client engagement
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in managing learning journeys, preferably in executive education
Proficiency in using video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Canvas, is desirable
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Strong background in client support and program management processes
