This role is designed for dynamic professionals eager to impact the commercial landscape in the Latin American market as the LATAM Polymers Sales Manager. Your expertise will drive the growth and expansion of our customer base while strengthening relationships with key clients. Responsibilities

• Handles high-value and complex accounts.
• Negotiates contracts independently.
• Works with Finance and Business Analysts to develop revenue / VCM / profit models for customers.
• Leads strategic sales initiatives and long-term planning.
• Mentors junior account managers.
• Analyzes market trends to identify new opportunities.
