  • Clinical Shift Schedule : 4 / 10 schedule (40 hours / week)

  • Patient Demographics : General family practice population including OB
  • Phone Consults : Yes
  • Case Mix : Acute, chronic, preventive care including obstetrics

  • Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient and OB care setup
  • Support Staff Available : Clinic support team
  • Reason for Coverage : Permanent position

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : $205,000 $235,000 annually (dependent on qualifications)
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000
  • Relocation Bonus : $5,000.00

  • General family medicine including OB
  • Preventive and chronic disease management

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active CO medical license
  • Certifications : BLS required
  • Experience : Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics with OB experience
  • Other Qualifications : - Graduation from an approved medical school - Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Physicians in specified specialty - Commitment to team-based care in a community-focused setting

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine care including obstetrics
  • Manage acute, chronic, and preventive medical needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
