ECommerce Specialist
Our client is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of their Shopify-based stores and drive online revenue growth. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role focuses on digital marketing, website optimization, and creating a seamless customer experience. You will plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure the eCommerce platform runs at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns and flows
- Develop and manage the eCommerce marketing calendar (emails, SMS, web banners) ensuring brand-consistent creative and copy
- Maintain the product catalog with accurate, up-to-date product information
- Partner with developers to implement promotions and maintain a functional, on-brand website
- Monitor emerging eCommerce trends, review competitor sites, and recommend enhancements
- Oversee Shopify operations : product uploads, content updates, troubleshooting
- Optimize user experience to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Coordinate brand promotions with the Trade Marketing Specialist
- Review social posts and ads with agency partners for quality and brand voice
- Manage surveys, campaigns, and testimonial sourcing / consent
- Analyze marketing data to refine campaigns; create weekly and monthly reports
- Serve as key contact for Amazon Accelerator, third-party marketplaces, apps, and content agencies
