As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to create a secure environment within a commercial real estate location by conducting routine patrols and being a visible presence. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, assisting in deterring security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for any irregularities. Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site staff to support the overall security-related program at the location. Maintain visibility throughout the property to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide a reassuring presence to tenants, visitors, and staff. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
