Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Ultrasound Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 8 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Ultrasound Technician Location : Saranac Lake, New York Duration : 8 weeks Shift : Day / Evening, Four 10-Hour Shifts (Friday : 11 : 30 AM - 10 : 00 PM, Saturday / Sunday : 7 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM, Monday : 11 : 30 AM - 10 : 00 PM) Job Responsibilities and Required / Preferred Skills : Perform general ultrasound procedures as prescribed by physicians, including breast scanning. Provide high-quality imaging studies on patients of all ages and medical conditions, following established standards and procedures. Review and document images for accuracy and quality. Work 80 hours per pay period, including on-call shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No on-call required outside scheduled shifts. Required Qualifications : American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification required. BLS certification required. Ability to scan breasts.
