The Role : In a Nutshell

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in TimeDoc's growth, facilitating the recruiting process for a myriad of corporate roles, and our fastest growing department - the clinical care team.

Reporting to the Director, Human Capital, this role requires a collaborative talent acquisition professional ready to roll up their sleeves to ensure we meet all recruiting deadlines while optimizing our recruiting processes and uncovering market insights to help us get better at attracting and retaining the best talent.

Responsibilities :

AB testing different job postings, titles posted, etc. to find the best places and ways to attract amazing talent

Projects to review the competencies and needs of various roles within TimeDoc
