Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a deep understanding of insurance law. This role involves representing clients in various insurance defense matters, providing legal counsel, and developing defense strategies to protect their interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary
• Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations
