Job Description : As a Showroom Sales Assistant at Steven Singer Jewelers, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing phone inquiries, placing orders, maintaining inventory, handling repairs and cleanings, and contributing to the overall operations of our physical location.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and special requests.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with placing orders for customers, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details are communicated effectively.
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper display, and regular updates.
• Coordinate and track repairs and cleanings, liaising with customers and our in-house jeweler to ensure timely and quality services.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and store-wide sales targets, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Help set up store displays to ensure they present the product in an eye-catching way.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, confidentiality, and ethical sales practices.

Working Hours : This is a part-time position that requires availability on Weekends. We offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to create a consistent schedule that works for you while meeting the needs of the business.
