Production / Machine Operator

Job Title : Production / Machine Operator Location : Turtle Creek, PA Type : Contract To Hire Compensation : $41600 annually Contractor Work Model : Onsite Hours : 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts Production Machine Operator Objective Operate and oversee manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production output and product quality standards are maintained throughout all shifts. Responsibilities Monitor manufacturing equipment during active production cycles Perform routine equipment maintenance and adjustments using appropriate tools Conduct quality inspections to verify output meets established specifications Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime Document production metrics and operational issues Coordinate with production floor personnel to achieve daily output targets Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate Demonstrated ability to operate industrial manufacturing equipment Knowledge of quality assurance procedures in production environments Competency with hand tools for equipment adjustment and repair Adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols Sustained focus and precision in repetitive tasks Preferences Background in manufacturing or production settings Experience with specific machinery types relevant to industrial operations Technical certifications related to equipment operation System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
