Programmatic Marketing Manager

Renuity is searching for a Programmatic Marketing Manager to help develop and implement a programmatic strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, integrating superior performance across all business units. This will be based in our Charlotte, NC office.

What You'll Do :

  • Build a retargeting strategy for Google, Meta, and other platforms that drives incremental growth for the business
  • Build a programmatic channel starting with our Home Organization business. This can include YouTube, Native, and retargeting strategies.
  • Data-driven segmentation & look-alike modeling : proven use of 1st-party, 2nd-party, and 3rd-party data via DMP / CDP integrations to hit MC% / CPL targets.
  • Automate redundant tasks to increase efficiency
  • Utilize AI and curate seed images / videos for content and ad creation
  • Streamline ad creation using internal or third-party tools to maximize scale and minimize costs
  • Integrate email, website, SMS, and phone channels into the lead flow process
  • Develop reporting and insights for the programmatic channel to guide the team and inform stakeholders
  • Create a CRO system and content strategy to optimize lead quality and flow
  • Implement A / B and MVT testing for optimization and personalized lead flow
  • Develop customer cluster models to target positive clusters and reduce investment in negative ones
  • Use automation tools to keep ads fresh and maximize conversions
  • Combine identity resolution solutions with 1st party data to enhance customer models

What You'll Bring :

  • Ability to own your budget, strategy and business direction for the programmatic channel
  • Passion for testing and learning new and innovative ways to approach old challenges
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the complex in a simple and easily digestible way
  • Deep understanding and passion for continuous learning of ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram and other relevant social channels
  • CRO, LPO and A / B testing need to be part of your passion and an integral part of how you find success
  • Proven ability to manage and negotiate with external vendors
  • Deep understanding of data and analytics across web analytics platforms and data visualization solutions to create the actionable reporting and insights needed
