Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
  

This is a virtual role with local travel frequently in the St. Cloud, MN area. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of the St. Cloud, MN 56301 area. Valid US Driver's license in good standing is required.

Base pay for this position is $52,000-60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
