POSITION OVERVIEW

The Hospitality Interior Designer III plays a critical role in project execution, managing design tasks and providing technical expertise throughout all phases of a project. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, codes, and technical standards to support complex project delivery. This position may be based in our Dallas, Chicago, or Miami offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead design development for specific components of projects, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers, Project Managers, and consultants to develop creative and functional solutions.
• Produce detailed documentation, including construction drawings and specifications.
• Serve as a resource for technical questions and quality control reviews.
• Mentor Interior Designers I and II, supporting their technical and creative growth.
