MWCC Ambassador Admissions (Pool)

Job Description :

General Statement of Duties

Ambassadors are student representatives who support the college's mission while assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Providing information to customers via multiple channels, such as : telephone, email, in-person, etc.;
• Greet visitors to the college (students, prospective students, families, etc.);
• Conduct campus tours;
• Assist with Open Houses, Information Sessions and other college events, both on and off-campus;
• Assist the office staff with other tasks, assembly of materials, answering phones, filing and mailings.
