Nurse Practitioner - Family Health (FNP)

Job Description

• Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 7 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm, Some Saturdays
• Employed
• Degrees Accepted: Master's
• Average patients seen: 1500 patients per year
• Call Schedule: One week once a quarter

  DETAILS:
  - Perform holistic, evidence-based medical care services for health center patients
  - Evaluate, treat, and care for patients, write prescriptions, provide preventive health care advice and management
  - Participate in student and/or other clinical discipline training activities at the health center
  - Participate in the co-management of a panel with other PAs or NPs
  - Paid 24-hour on-call medical coverage for one week, once a quarter
  - Saturday shifts only on your on-call week
  - Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care
  - Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
  - Unique 4-day work week (8 hours) with 1 full day of admin time that can be remote
