- Education : Associate degree in Nursing required. Applicants with an associate degree must enroll in an accredited BSN / MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years.
- Licensure : Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
- Certification : BLS CPR certification required.
- Experience : RN experience required.

The Adult ICU / IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) role at Johns Hopkins Health System offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in our Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and, as needed, Intermediate Care Units (IMCs) across the organization.
This position requires adaptability, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in patient care. As part of the ICU / IMC Float Pool , you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care during patients' most critical moments, backed by supportive leadership and a focus on professional growth.

Salary Range : Minimum 38.49 / hour - Maximum 59.66 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
