RN or CRC Licensed ADA Specialist

A company is looking for an ADA Accommodation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews medical information for ADAAA temporary and permanent accommodation requests

Approves and negotiates accommodations, maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding progress

Conducts discussions with claimants and employers to resolve questions and identify clarifications from health care providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, or vocational rehabilitation preferred

At least one of the following licenses or certifications is required : RN or CRC

Experience in medical / clinical or rehabilitation knowledge related to accommodations

Ability to assess physical tolerances and vocational skills needed for employment positions

Familiarity with ADAAA regulations and accommodation processes
