Job Summary

Join a growing team as Senior Accountant! This role is perfect for professionals with service industry experience, strong accounting skills, and expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You’ll handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, benefits administration, and month-end close tasks including deferred revenue and accruals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Enter invoices, create purchase orders, process payments, and manage collections.
• Payroll & Benefits : Review timesheets, process payroll, maintain PTO tracking, and support benefits administration.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile accounts, and analyze variances.
• Month-End Close : Record deferred revenue, accruals, depreciation, and journal entries.
• Compliance & Reporting : Prepare sales tax filings, workers’ comp reports, and assist with annual budgeting.
• Onboarding : Set up new employees in payroll systems and maintain accurate records.
