This is a ground floor opportunity to be one of the early team members at hotglue and shape our trajectory. You will experience what being at a scrappy startup is like. - Become an expert in hotglue and help our clients and potential clients utilize hotglue to its full potential
- Be the first point of contact for when our customers encounter roadblocks
- Have autonomy to identify, conceptualize, and launch new initiatives to support our clients
The Ideal Candidate
Foundational knowledge of modern programming languages like Python or JavaScript / Node.jsUnderstanding of how REST APIs work and how to make API calls using tools like PostmanEnjoys speaking with and helping customers, whether it be via written communication or callsStrong written communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers alikeAbility to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail. Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism(Bonus) Can write and understand Python code to help our customers debug issuesTech Stack
