Current MaineHealth employees not eligible for the sign on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6months to be eligible.

Summary

The Medication Reconciliation Technician (MRT) role provides technical support in obtaining, verifying for accuracy, and recording initial medication histories from patients and / or designated family and / or caregivers upon admission.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a pharmacy technician preferred. CPhT preferred or eligible consistent with the current applicable state(s) Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Experience : One year of experience as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or other healthcare related experience preferred.
