Job descriptionCoordinate medical appointments outside the facility with staff and providers. Transport residents safely and comfortably to medical services. Deliver lab samples and courier items as needed between facilities. Maintain vehicle logs, report malfunctions, and ensure readiness for use. Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, delivering mail, and greeting visitors. Submit billing charges and mileage information to Accounts Receivable. Uphold LSC'smission, vision, and values in daily interactions. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email). Valid driver's license with proof of insurability and an acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist in transferring individuals safely. Ambulatory throughout the facility and able to operate vehicles.
