Manager of Asset Management

A company is looking for a Manager, Asset Management responsible for financial and commercial management of renewable energy projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Support project evaluations, contract reviews, and due diligence for acquisitions and investments

Provide P&L analysis and monitor financial performance of generating assets

Manage compliance with project agreements and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in asset management or a related commercial role in the energy industry

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

Strong understanding of renewable financial models and capital structures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting

Experience with project administration and compliance management
