About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : Monday - Friday

Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF experience preferred

License : Valid Physical Therapist license

Certifications : None specified

Must-Have : Pre-screening, resume, and license verification are required. Candidates missing these documents will be declined.

Job Description :

• Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services to patients.
• Evaluate patients to determine the most appropriate care plan.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Enhance patients' physical abilities through various therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Comply with all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standards.
• Complete a COVID test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date.

Candidates are not required to be bilingual, and holiday coverage is not required.
