This job is in the Digital Marketing department. Leads the design function across a portfolio, business line, or platform. Manages design managers and senior ICs, owns hiring and resourcing strategy, and drives the alignment of design with product and engineering. Creates the conditions for bold thinking, rapid iteration, and scalable customer experiences.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, twelve (12) years of practical experience may offset education requirements.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) years in digital design with people management experience. Experience leading design in fast-paced, large-scale product environments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership in scaling design orgs and in leading through complexity. Fluency in design operations, cross-functional alignment, and tooling ecosystems. Strong systems thinking and ability to bridge vision with execution.
Job Conditions
Some business travel may be required.

Pay Transparency : This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay : $13,862.80 - $24,259.90 per month
